The Equipment Loan Program continues to be one of the most popular activities of the LTAP Center. The following equipment is available for loan:
- Traffic counters - magnetic and tube type counters are both available
- Laser speed and distance measurement instruments
- Sign retroreflectometer (measures reflectivity of sign faces)
- Radar speed display signs
- Digital camera
- Cones and barricades for emergency use only
