The toll-free technical support hotline number is 800.428.7639 (Indiana Only). Generally, the calls that come in on the toll-free line require a very brief research effort, one to three hours, and a short (if any) written summary of the findings. The results are reported back to the caller in the form of an informal phone call, email, or fax. Very often, a response is needed in a very short time frame, so in-depth research and formal reporting is neither desired nor possible. These requests will be handled by all staff members, each working within their own area of expertise.
