This program is intended for competitively selected U.S. undergraduate students with high academic records who are interested in a career in a transportation-related field. Daily participation in on-going JTRP research projects with Purdue faculty is the main activity, but the 10-week structured program also provides seminars and field visits, and concludes with each intern writing a report on his/her research participation. A fellowship is granted to assist with the interns' living costs.
Our 2009 Internship is planned for May 27-August 7. You may print our registration brochure. and mail to the address on the application. Note that the deadline is April 15, 2009. We will notify applicants by April 30 of their status.
